A pablo picasso himself should have no inhibitions for art, Goddess Lakshmi attaintd this avatar for reasons, a little study into the matter would help you know why I did so...

Lakshmi is the mother godess for abundance and fortune, Laxmi's breasts are always depicted heavy as if full of milk! for us, her children, to suckle to our belly full. May be the artist has not covered the breasts of the mother godess as to her mind the mother would not hide the breasts from her children and deny them the fortune.
